DOWN THE DECADES

On Saturday 2nd November 2019, Project 21 took to the stage for their annual performance. 50 children and adults with Down’s Syndrome made up the cast of “Down The Decades”; a story of Down’s Syndrome history starting in the 1960s and ending in present day. It featured hits from WHAM!, Gloria Gaynor, Elton John, Spice Girls and everything in between!

The performance took place at the Seckford Theatre, Woodbridge School and saw 300 audience members laughing, crying and cheering throughout. The show gave the group the opportunity to express themselves through a timeline of songs in a powerful and moving performance. We had an absolute blast, and it will be a memorable show we will never forget.
